About

This completely renovated upper unit apartment was built in 1910. We worked to maintain that old charm with a modern feel. The entire apartment is full of windows so there is natural light everywhere. We brought the original hardwood floors back to their former glory where possible to make it feel as warm and charming as possible. We hope you love it as much as we do!

House Rules

Dogs are permitted with payment of the $100 pet fee. If the fee is not paid and there are obvious signs that a pet was brought (they aren’t as clean as you think they are) then the pet fee of $200 will be paid upon leaving via the Airbnb resolution center. I’ve tried to be nice about this, but too many people take advantage and don’t understand how much additional work goes into cleaning after a pet has been in the house.
