The Big Sanchez

First Floor: There are two living rooms. The main living room is at the front of the house by the stairs. You will also find the first bedroom (king bed) just off of the front living room. The second living room is at the back of the house where you will find a queen size sofa-bed and a comfortable reclining chair and it is located just off of the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room, and bathroom (with stand up shower) are also found on the first floor. Second Floor: The primary bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and attached bathroom. The next two bedrooms on the second floor both have queen size beds and the last bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. There is also a stand alone bathroom upstairs that has a tub/shower. Outside There is of course a beautiful deck in the backyard that is lit up by cafe lights at night (they are on a timer) and there is a smokeless fire pit as well as a brand new propane gas grill. We also provide 12 new beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for your convenience.
